For me I like to have one of those little Chicago town pepperoni pizza’s, I just love them done in the oven, I always scaled the roof of my mouth but I still eat them & always make sure there is at least a pack of two in the freezer.

    So what’s yours?

Definitely sausage butties. With loads of HP sauce. Food of the gods when you get in from a wintery night ride. I always have decent sausages in for that

And…. as we were bemoaning the end summer over the weekend, my mind wandered to the positive side of the temperature dropping and winter arriving …… getting the slow cooker out again. Chicken Broth is going in tomorrow morning, to cook away all day. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

FAJITAS. MMM tortilla, chilli and cheese goodness.

I’m fairly simple, anything spicy or anything that can be put in a wrap or sandwich.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. I think the wife would disagree, but then she is a bit mental.

Binners That’s pretty much how I feel about cottage cheese, I’m pretty sure it’s made by people just partly chewing cheese and then sicking into the tub

I’ve recently discovered fried chorizo and mozzarella on crusty bread using the oils from the chorizo instead of butter, it’s pretty comforting.

emsz – couldn’t agree more. I have spent my life firmly believing that there is no such thing as a bad cheese. But cottage cheese is the fruit of the devils own spuds. How can something with the consistency of cold rice pudding be classed as cheese

    Its evil!!!

2 slices of thick toast, dripping with an obscene amount of lurpack with a crushed bag of crisps as a filling…needs a big handful of kitchen roll to wipe lurpack from the chin after every bite….ah nectar!

Mashed potato with goats cheese and sundried tomatoes mixed in, sausages, onion and rosemary sauce from Delia.

Amazing. Takes a little bit of time but it’s the poshest and most scrumptious sausage and mash ever! Goes well with Garlic green beans or lime and chilli green beans.

Home made veggie samosa’s from the corner shop; the only slight drawback is that one of the shop workers has horrendous body odour and sometimes when you are eating the samosa’s you just get the strangest whiff/ taste of the stink.
