    Hmmm…

    Have you tried inverting the laptop above your head and hopping on one leg whilst chanting 'Umbongo, umbongo, they drink it in the congo' backwards?

    That usually works for me.

    Edit: Probably best to disconnect the garmin during this phase…

    2 explorers get lost in the jungle and chance upon a vicious tribe. As outsiders they are given a choice of Umbongo or death

    The 1st explorer chooses Umbongo and is then gang humped by the entire tribe.

    The 2nd explorer chooses death, to which the tribe start exciredly chanting 'Death by Umbongo, death by Umbongo'

    Just checked everything on my setup.

    Anquet sees the GPS on COM3 and is configured to use the Garmin protocol

    The GPS (Geko in my case) is also set up to use the Garmin protocol

    COM3 is set up as 9600,8,N,1

    you total n00b, you need to be 1337 to hax0r teh gps.

    I shall use traditional voice communication methods to rendezvous with you so I can come and sort you out, and then your gps 😉

    Honestly, twas working fine when I had it! ;)))) (no, really, it was!)

    Will prob come over to yours with my laptop – or meet you at chez iso25 for a glass of port/red and resolve it for yooohoooo
