That’s a really pretty and utterly contentless website.

But at least you can read it on an ipad, phone and pc! 😉

Do you get a free pair of expensive trousers thrown in free?

Tells you everything you need to know, what did you want to see that’s missing?

a rich, full-bodied brew worth boasting about.

Jesus Christ, do people really boast about their coffee?

Expensive yes, but very pretty and if you get a little bit of pleasure from it every time you use it then why not? It’s not unlike having a painting on the wall that gives you a little bit of pleasure everytime you walk past it.

Target market for me would be someone who used to skate a lot in their youth but is now probably too busy with grown up stuff and older etc etc so picking up something that reminds then of when they were younger and more carefree everytime they take a few minutes out to make a coffee is probably worth every penny. Don’t underestimate the effect of a simple bit of pleasure every day.

Nah, for me. I’ll file that along with those £320 titanium jockey wheels.

Sure it’s pretty, but there seems to be plenty of nice ones in the £20-50 range which frankly I prefer the look of. Horses, courses etc.

It really needs to be covered in Swarovski crystals.

That would cause air to flow unevenly over the surface area, thus causing an uneven tamp.

Why do we need something nicer than the most basic tool for doing something?
    Because sometimes it’s nice

I’m amazed that we even have to question this notion, let’s look back at thousands of years of human history and before humanity found religion, humans learned to embellish their tools soon after they stood upright and walked.
It’s part of our human make-up yet tosspots on a MTB forum think it’s an alien concept?
Hilarious and tragic in equal measure.
