    Been having a stange issue. while on desents with feet horizontal, bum out sadddle, and knees straight but not locked a get a tightening/ stiffening of my left calf. I didn't get it before i shifted to spd's.

    I'M guessing it's to do with the cleat position but has anyone had similer issues and what did you do to resolve.
