If it’s the original image from new you should be able to do a factory reset on it. F8 on boot (immediately after the ThinkVantage splash screen) should give you a boot menu.

It’s on the ThinkVantage menu I think. It’s ages since I’ve had to do it, I’ve got a pile of T410s here but they all have a corporate image on so I can’t readily check.
