No, I had to try and make the best of a bad job.

When I bought them last summer they were advertised as having a 195mm steerer. which was true at one point alog the steerer.

I'm sure they it been sawn off using a 45deg set square. 🙄

Thought that might be the case. The roads were grotty enough down here in Bedfordshire.
