So, these get fantastic reviews. Either I am being a numpty and it is just me, but the bag is not secure on my back and keeps sliding off the shoulder no matter how much I tighten up (or loosen) the straps. Almost came off the bike today when out of the saddle pedalling hard up a steep hill and the thing slide off.

I’m using the little under the arm strap.

Is it just me? Never ever had an issue with my cheap (and sadly discountined) osprey with a simple waist band.

I had that problem with a timbuk2, the arm strap was the key. Sure it’s going round correctly?

how do you mean? I clip it from under the left armpit to the buckle, like it show on the website. I have actually tried to do it from the right to see if that would work but the strap isn’t long enough. I’m confuzzled

Never had this problem and I sometimes fill mine to the max if I get carried away with the shopping. We need a picture

Never had a problem with my Metropolis. Even loaded up.
