I was hoping to get hold of one of these little beauties for Mrs Y but am having major difficulties sourcing one and my emails to the manufacturer are so far unanswered..
So I’m pre-emptively looking for some alternative gift ideas.. £50-100 budget..

Step 4. Retrieve bit of cut glass superglued to tinfoil with a phone number price tag, now carefully boxed, ina nother box, giftwrapped, in a bag.

Step 5. Make goldfish impressions when you find out that despite said bit of cut glass costing more than you ever through possible the giftwrapping was £10 extra.

Step 6. Go home and cry softly into a pillow and kid yourself that you’re still a real man.

TSY, I believe they’ve stopped making them. At least I didn’t see any when in the Sloane Sq branch the other day…..!

thanks for the suggestion old fruit.. that angle’s already well and truly covered.. I’m just looking to add a little mystery and suspense.. intrigue being good for the spirit and all that..

This year was mostly:
– 2 x tickets to dirty dancing :the live show and a prayer that she doesn’t want to take me
– Now thats what I call disney cd (she has a disney thing…although I am led to belive this is normal for a lot of females)
– 2 x Train tickets to the above event (commedy gift in the card stylee)
– something else to get her to go ‘ahhhh’ and result in me ramaining in good books for another year…..well, possibly 3 or 4 days….you never get a years’ worth of good books from a christmas pressie. I bought one ex a merc for christmas and we still argued on xmas day 🙄
