Just went looking for cheese in the fridge after seeing that
.......all I could rustle up was a triangle of Laughing Cow. That won't suffice!

1 down, 8 to go. From about 9L of milk straight from the cow.
It was really quite easy, only specialist equipment is the moulds, rennet & starter. Turning the cheese in the moulds was the trickiest part.Posted 12 months ago # -

Laughing Cow (aka La Vache qui Rit) spread onto toast is inexplicably fabulous. Can't get over how good this seemingly innocuous combo is.
