Replacing some cheap Bontragers on Mrs S’s road iron.
She struggles getting the wire beaded ones on and off, so has to be folding.

Puncture protection would be nice.
25’s for preference.

Not arsed about the make.
What’d you recommend?

Rubino Pro Slick.

Cheap, reasonably light, roll well and offer excellent puncture protection. The grip isn’t great but better than Gatorskins IMO.

I find Luganos ok, a bit weary for the sort of miles im doing at the moment but ok for a more occasional rider.
