So Ive just picked a bike up with a set of pikes on it set at 120mm.

I also got given a 140mm airshaft with them however, I would like to change them to 130mm.

Is it hard to do and do you think its worth doing ?

Also what do tokens do and how do they affect the fork ?

You will need the correct 130mm airshaft, cost around £30. Its very easy to change, and the rockshox manuals are all online. Just remember to remove the air from the forks before dismantling!
The tokens make the forks more progressive so they ramp up more at the end of the travel. Basically you can run lower pressures to get better small bump sensitivity whilst preventing them from bottoming out too easily.

You can. It wont work afterwards unless you also drill and tap the base again to accept the foot nut, but you definitely can.
