Hi,

I’m after some advice for accommodation somewhere in the Chamonix valley for this summer.

We’re looking for accommodation for four in july, somewhere where you can keep bikes. A lot of the things we’re finding that sleep 4 are apartments with little space suitable for bike storage or the inevitable bike maintenance/rebuilding! We were thinking self catered, but would consider other options too. We’re not too fussy location wise, as we’ve got a few different rides planned up and down the valley and elsewhere, so we’re just after a base to lay the head at night.

Was wondering if anyone could recommend anything suitable, or has experience of any lodges or anything that would fit the bill. Budget is probably max £200 each for the week/ten days, ideally less.

Also, does anyone know if the train will be running in full again this year?
