I was just wondering who is currently doing the best deals on complete sets of XT 10-speed chainrings? Could I do better with a different brand like middleburn or blackspire if so then please junp in. From my rather useles reasearches so far I reckon about £85 for the 3 rings from one of the online biggies, but you guys may have spotted something I’ve missed.

Check out Spa Cycles….Stornglight and TA Specialites are excellent alternatives at good prices…I bought a 46T 130mm BCD road ring last month for £14 + £4 p+p.

Rosebikes are doing a xt chainset for 115. You could sell on the cranks and bb. I’m using TA chinooks atm, lasting ok. Other cash saving is to spec cheaper granny/middle with some deore /slx then put a xt on the outside so no one knows you’re slumming it 😉
