I’ve got a Blur LT but it has no ISCG mounting holes.

I know I can get adapters that go between the bottom bracket and frame (instead of a spacer) but will this work on my bike?

My BB is a square taper to go with my Middleburn cranks.

    thinking of one like this

Thick thin + clutch works better than a chain device.

Or downtube mounted if you must.

If you’re set on running a guide. I have one of those sat around.

How are those adapters held in place? Just clamped between the frame and BB? Do they not twist in use?

Adapter won’t work with a square taper BB

How many chainrings have you up front? If it’s one, then narrow/wide chainring will sort you.

Blackspire Stinger can be BB mounted.

Surely something like this would be a better bet then…
