    If you can afford it it’s a must as you wont replace it for ages. Bit like CK headset. Pay the extra then forget about it for a very long time 😀

    the races aren’t ceramic so i doubt they last that much longer – ?
    they probably turn a little smoother, but will you notice that in a bb..
