our cat has been asleep on one of the chairs all evening.

I’ve just turned the fire off (getting a tad warm) and he’s decided to wake up and sit in front of the now off fire. in fact, lying on his back & licking his belly.

    “oi stupid, the fire’s off

The direct heat is probably to hot for him. Mine will only sit on the radiator once he’s heard the tapping of the pipes cooling down.

It’s ok John, earlier tonight our two wandered in and looked at the empty fireplace.
” No chance ,it’s far too mild today lads” I informed them 😉

Mine has learnt how to open my underwear drawer & pull my undies out.
    Why? I don’t know.

One of ours will be contentedly curled up in her bed until you fire up the laptop. Then she immediately wants to sit half on you and half on the laptop, randomly pressing keys and dribbling on the keyboard.

All attempts to do anything other than ‘start>shut down’ get met with further random keyboard presses, dribbles and general annoying cat activity.
