    Can’t answer your question but I did once put a Ginsters in one without realizing it’s sheer power for one and half minutes and got a solid frazzled lump for lunch.

    They may modulate the beam and hy can be really powerful so don’t need as much time. Up to 100kW, as opposed to 850W one one.

    they are able to scatter the microwave beam – instead of turning the food they reflect the beam evenly throughout the enclosure
