    Where have you ridden yours (and can they cope with steps, small drops, big roots etc).

    No different to steel or any other forks. I remember trying to snap an old set of carbon forks with a carbon steerer. No matter how many endows and clumsy landings I did, they wouldn’t go.

    All over, normal riding with some air time, and yes they have not broken.

    Thing is, because they are rigid, the punishment you give them is limited by what your arms can take, which is not very much really. You will find yourself going an awful lot slower than a big fs bike when it gets rough. And when getting air you have to be really precise with your landings. A carbon fork just has to be stronger than your wrists 🙂

    I use mine on the same trails as my fs but choose my line a LOT more carefully and run a softer front tyre.

    Don’t even think about it. I race in the peak district on mine and they get hammered.
