Hi all, advice needed!

I’m upgrading an ’01 F600 dale and the headshok is possibly getting a little past it’s best. Servicing is complicated and expensive to go via the LBS route. So I figure swap it out for some rock shox that I can service myself inexpensively and there comes the problem

I’ve tried reading up on the net about what is required for the conversion and it would appear that there is a whole web of conflicting stories and advice.

Anyone who has done similar with a similar aged dale able to help???
