What are the trails like at the moment up there?

Closed, apparently…

The website doesn’t say it’s closed. Is it out of date? It says the centre is closed (cafe, bike shop, go ape etc) but the trails are open but with some diversions.

What about the natural trails up there? Still snowy?

Everything was open earlier today.

However it is rather wet where the snow is melting.

Any snow left on the ground?

Yes lots of snow still. Very muddy and slushy also

Trail open when we went up there today. We didn’t see any closed signs at all – saying that though, we join and leave trail away from the main entrance. Plenty of diversions though due to forestry activity. Some of the trails icy, some slushy and off-piste some areas with ‘crusty’ snow over 18″ deep.

We had a great couple of hours!
