You want lots of reverb and maybe a little bit of Chorus, a volume pedal could help for the swells (but I’m at work and these headphones aren’t the best).

I had a go with tab to the original Tim Buckley and the chords seems sound. Played it on an acoustic but if you give it oodles of reverb and a good kick of chorus it’ll sound similar.
