It looks like spam text.
I look after the email security for a large company and we occasionally see that kind of gibberish attached to the bottom of spam emails (the type that try and flog viagra, etc.)
I think it's used to pad out the emails and to try and get round spam filters by having valid (although nonsensical) text in the email body.
What it's doing on a gardening forum is anyone's guess!
