Off camping tomorrow for a couple of nights any recommendations for south Peak District area (below Bakewell)

Great campsite just outside Hope village, brilliant couple of pubs.

Birchwood farm. Riding from the tent door. 10 mins from matlock or belper.

I’m even signed up for a 100mile audax on Saturday that I’m no longer doing. Family camping is a priority now after the amount of money its cost to buy the gear!!

I’d 2nd Birchwood Farm.

If can slum it a bit and are just after a field and loo then Hankin Farm has some great views…

Barn Farm at Birchover always seems popular – I’ve not camped there but have done walks that go through their on many occassions and its looks clean and tidy. Seems to have a few sloping pitches though…

Yes, Geography ain’t my strong point, still a great site though!

If it’s family camping then callow top has lots of facilities:
May be full of chavs though
