    I had a very long ride this morning that saw me burn approximately 2700 calories. I have since consumed about 1900 calories, and I feel sufficiently full.

    Is it standard for cravings to remain within ‘normal’ range even after massive exertion? Or do people’s appetites simply demand an equivalent intake to compensate for the amount going out?
