need a new pushchare looking for recomendations,good/bad comments let it loose
its for a 2yo girl,needs as much comfort/warmth/rain cover and carrying ability for nursery bag ect but alo fold up prety easy when needed oviosley the budget is the magic 100 mark
Of all the ones we had, the one that was most useful was the Mclaren one that folded up in all directions.
Buy warm padding in the form of coats and blankets for winter (you can get a small sleeping bag type thing that sits in the buggie) .
Our 3rd and youngest is now 11 and buggies seem mostly to have been getting bigger since we had one. But I'm sure that bigger is not better.
The exception is if you want to go running with it. Then you need big wheels (not quite 29er though!) and a handle long enough that you don't bump your legs.
We ended up with two. Mountain Buggy Urban which has been fantastic. Really comfy for the little one (we bought the matching sleeping bag) and able to go pretty much anywhere you'd reasonably want to take a buggy - beach, Quantocks yomping, Lake District bridleways etc. Poor mud clearance on the front wheel though 
Other one is the Mclaren Sport - also good, but in a completely different way - light, compact fold, not quite as comfy for the little one. Useless offroad.
We bought a Bugaboo for #1 then when #2 came along a Phil & Teds. Wish we'd have not bothered with the bugaboo. If you're having anymore recommend the new alu P&T, our friends in Germany have one and it is a big improvement on the old one. We've battered ours taking it everywhere.

Folds up to quite a small size, reclines , area underneath for shopping, and fair bit of kit with it. Bargin
we opted for the cheap tesco stroller and bought the raincover, cost us £40
lasted 2 years of almost daily use to either nursery or around town etc, suffered as alll strollers do witht he back wheels twisting and wearing unevenly but for the money was spot on!
as above, we used a blanket to keep her warm in it, folded up small enough to be thrown in the back of the car too,
Mclaren. Folds with one hand and a foot (originally to board a bus while holding the baby), went lengthways in the boot of our car. Aluminum for light weight, blanket, shade and rain cover. More recent designs have seen the weight of buggies creep up, get over to retrobuggie and see how it's really done.
My sisters have Phil and Ted for more heavyweight duties and off road, but always go back to the Mclaren for simple town use. We've had 10 kids between us, every one has been in a Mclaren at some stage.
As I tell new parents - cheap pushchair, expensive buggy, because six months down the line, that pushchair will be in the garage and you'll be out with the buggy.
get a used Phil & Ted's. That was the best 'buggy' we had. It carried 2 children in fighter pilot/navigator configuration. It had panniers. It was tough - it handled Yosemite very well. It still does duty at flower shows to carry the heavy loads.
Don't get a micra-lite. That was the worst buggy I ever handled. Looks cool. Works well on the back 2 wheels but the front 2 twist about like a dodgy shopping trolley. The children found that one uncomfortable too & much preferred the Phil & Ted's. It couldn't carry much stuff and was inherently unstable. Aside from its cool look I can't say anything good about it.
We had a quinny zipp, folded up really small, well made, but has no recline function - our lad still slept easily enough in it though
Mclaren XT. The ford focus of buggies.
We've got an alu Phil and Ted and it works for everything. A second hand one would be great.
If we don't take it we make the 2yr old walk and use a baby bjorn for our 6 month old !
those zia's are great buggies we have one atm but has a funky smell to it after a bad tummy problem last week tried all i can think of to sork it but no luck plus rain cover is split prob keep it as spare for next year.
We bought a Mamas and Papas one, it's kak!
Maclaren techno xt if you can increase your budget.
silver cross pop if you cant.
Phil & Ted Daddy here, worth paying the extra.
