Seen a lovely old Plymouth Fury for sale. The seller seems keen to get rid and I’m tempted to give it a go. Has anyone had any experience with possessed cars they can share?

Have you considered something more roomy?

I had something similar (1956 Desoto fireflite), when I was once sat in the drivers seat it mysteriously lurched forward and crashed into the side of our garden shed, all the cupboards inside fell over onto my Dad. Nothing to do with me.

Well it was going to be but now my almost guaranteed squillion pound a month contract is looking a bit shaky so I’ve decided to renege on the deal.

    I mean my mate has…

Anyway I’ve seen a nice VW going cheap.

Ah yes – Stephen King’s “Herbie Goes Bananas and Kills Everyone” – a classic.
