I have been to loads of this sort of thing, not sure if I have done this exact one, but they are all usually the BNI type format though not as regimented.
Usually along the lines of get up at sparrow fart go to golf club or hotel, eat breakfast, stand up for a minute and tell people what you do. Listen to others do the same, usually one person will do a 5 or 10 minute presentation. Then see if you can give anyone andy leads / help and others will do the same for you.
Really depends on your line of business as to whether it will help your business or not.
