I am having trouble connecting my laptop to my wireless bt hub. It was working fine earlier. Troubleshooting has come up with ‘the diagnostics policy service is not running’
    My tablet is connecting fine.
    Any help much appreciated.

Unplug the router, reboot your computer and don’t click the ‘fix’ tab on the pop-up box from BT again as it always turns my wifi off on my computer and has probably done the same to you.

    wireless bt hub

That is your problem right there…! I went through three from BT before we got one that actually worked for more than a week at a time.

Thanks for the tip, but after a reboot still no luck.
I don’t think its the hub as it’s working with other devices. Also I can’t connect to btwifi with the laptop.

Are you able to see any Wireless Networks? Sometimes there is a physical button on the underside of the laptop that turns the wifi off – you might have switched it by accident?
