Hi, well in just over a week’s time, on Sunday 5th June to be precise, the first round of our 2011 Hope sponsored Brownbacks XC race series will be on the starting line! We’ve been scouting out some of the new features and trails up at Lee Quarry and the team has some great ideas for new variations on the race routes that you all know and love (or hate?!) us to send you round.
If you’re not intending to race, then why not come and help us out by marshalling? We NEED your help with this; the races could not take place without the generous people that give up a couple of hours of their Sunday morning to assist with keeping the riders on the right track (literally!), and we do our best to make sure you’re looked after too thanks to Buff, our marshal sponsors.
You’ll get a goody bag with, amongst other things, a free Buff, and we’ll also give you food and a hot drink.
