    Our home care is about to be renewed, are they like the telecoms companies where we’ll be offered a better price if we try to leave or are the prices fixed? Thanks

    Our recent experience is that asking to downgrade the cover results in a much lower price for the existing cover

    why do you need cover? is always a good starting point.. british gas always offer fixed price repairs starting at about 80 quid..
