my brakes are driving me nuts!!!

the front is just coming to work now, but the rear!!!!omg!

when i brake it makes the whole bike vibrate! i have removed everything, tried re adjusting it all and cleaned the pad surface and disk surface too!

what else can people suggest!?

they are hayes strokers running 203mm front and rear

You sure it's the brakes? Loose headset, worn fork bushings, wheel bearings probably plus other stuff could all cause vibration under braking.

pretty sure because its a new bike and only happens when the rear brake it applied….
