Want to get away from changing my bottom bracket so much and have been advised the Hope cermanic or Chrisking might be a better option than the XT one i currently use. Anyone got any views??

The Hopes are supposed to be very good and last a wee while longer than the norm. Chris Kings are too early days really to have any long termers but I'm happy to be corrected on that 🙂
