Does anyone know the situation with getting BOS kit serviced in the UK ?

It seems a bit all over the place.

I’ve emailed jungle as they’re the importer and were supposed to be setting up a service centre but they haven’t responded.

How old are the forks? Are you just after a basic service?

If so the likes of J Tech and Loco can service them – they’re easy to do yourself if it is just oil and seals.

They’re about 18 months old.

I’m happy to do the seals and oil but was wanting to get them properly looked at.

I can’t see anything on the Jungle site about a BOS service centre. How do you go about booking them in.

I will but it does seem a bit unorganised.

If there’s nowt wrong with them I wouldn’t be too worried about getting someone like Loco or J Tch to service them and give them a good going over.

J Tech were able to sort out my leak from the rebound adjuster (O-ring that perishes and is quite common). Forks feel really good.
