    Carp are a little tough. You really need to cook them slowely to get the flesh to flake. You need to take about 90% of them and leave the remaining 10% to turn into monsters and I will come and try a catch them!

    the cormarants would have a field day.

    can’t be a very healthy pond if there are that many fish that obviously rely heavily upon introduced feed.

    carp can be eaten but preferable from rivers or fresh mountain fed lakes.
    that or keep it in your bath tub for a week with fresh water running through it.
