Right….ongoing back problem is seriously curtailing all off road action. I ride a Sanderson Life HT and my physio has said that a full suss would help to ease the impacts on my lower back. Trouble is, funds and SWMBO cancels out new bike – so I’m thinking shock post.
Has anyone any experience with a Thudbuster LT and ST or a USE Sumo XCR
Are they any good at reducing trail buzz?
    Any help greatfully received

I have used a thudbuster – they really do work. the parallelogram linkage helps stop bobbing, the seat / bb distance remains fairly constant. great bit of kit

2nd the Thudbuster(LT), great bit of kit in my experience. Not the prettiest seatpost but does what it’s supposed to and does it very well.

You don’t think it’s working once you’re used to it but then you put a rigid post in you suddenly realise what a good job it’s been doing.

Some people however don’t get on with them so see if you can borrow one if possible before you buy as they aren’t cheap.
