Got to be worth a try a few climbs but some good descents too looking at the graph, I have ridden loads there but I couldn’t tell you if I’ve done this exact ride to be honest.

I guess depends how far you are travelling to try it out?

The first half to the top of Y Das is slow and painful. The rest is great IMO.

Looks a fun ride. Hope you have the weather for it.

It’s our regular Wednesday night ride area, so know it pretty well. I’d recommend descending all of Rhiw Trumau almost down to Pengenffordd, then head up the old road and a green lane on the northern side of Y Grib to regain the ridge. We often carry up Y Das which is quicker and gives some good riding along the foot of the hill but I’d rather ride up Y Grib. The singletrack down towards Crick is fantastic. I’d offer to come out and show you around if you were interested but I’m in the states till early next week.
