We were out on an epic road ride that took us along the south side of Loch Tay near the Crannog. Riding along things went squirmy for a second or two. Then just as we breathed a sigh of relief, the four guys beind us all came down together.

The road was covered in sheer black ice. You could barely stand up on it.

Yes, but I was attempting to road cycle the service road to the transmitter tower at Leadhills. I turned back. Was snowing (just) also – first of the year for me.
