Just wanted to post a note of thanks to the Muddy Moles for their help earlier today after my brother landed chin-first on a tree stump on BKB. Your help and reassurance were massively appreciated.

He’s doing well, getting stitched up now, in a happy glow of morphine.

Thanks also to the folks at Pedal and Spoke in Peaslake for storing his bike while I went to pick up the car.

Hi HHH, Luckily the right Mole found you 1st as Andy has had some excellent First Aid training courtesy of his TA days. I didn’t look too closely but I saw enough to not look any closer!

Hey, was very happy to help so no worries there.
Was quite a spill but luckily the jaw stayed intact.
Would recommend active riders get some first aid training because it helps calm everyone down at moments like these that someone can step up and just get on with things.
There but for the grace of God go we!
