Just shipped my bike frame to Germany, fully insured and it has arrived on time with minimum fuss.

was a bit unsure at first as there were no reviews and especially as bike monkey has had nothing but terrible reviews and they are the only other cheap bike shipper i could find with a cursory google search

The time difference between UK and USA means that email contact is sketchy at best, which concerned me at first and they don’t tell you on their website, but the labels will take a few hours to be emailed to you as they have to be processed in USA – again the time difference means if you pay for shipping on 1 day – you won’t be able to post until the next

however if you plan in these delays, the price was at least £50 cheaper than anyone else and i could track my bike every step of the way

overall im impressed and i will be using bikeflights again
