After years of 'making do' and spending hours fiddling with gears (and everything else) with bikes upside down, frames balanced on knee etc., I finally took the plunge and got a proper workstand from Charlie CTBM workstand which was delivered next day.
Brilliant bit of kit and kicking myself I didn't get one sooner. Now on my third bike fettle in 24 hours
