need to post a bike in bike box and just wondering if there are any recommendations on couriers , and cost

try to locate a company called ukmail i believe they may be a division of fedex we use them at work they take up to 30kgs for about £7, not sure about limits on size tho, a package as big as a bike might put the price up further.
