I am probably putting myself up for a proper heckling here because a) this could well be the wrong forum & b) any mention of scouts leads to generic grief about why I spend some of my time with boys.

However I have been co-opted by a very skillful operator to assist at the local scout group.

Tonight I have to give a talk / demonstration / hour plus of keeping kids busy about bikes, maintenance, safety etc.

I have some ideas:- how to fix punctures, the joy of using a gas inflator, what tools to carry, how to split & re-join a chain, what emergency kit in the camelback, checking a bike is safe etc.

Does anybody have any bright (& constructive) ideas for helping me fill time & help them learn how to keep their bikes & them in decent order?
