    hello
I am looking to buy a bar mounted gps.
Previously I have used the MM adv2800 which was a great tool but small and too chunky for mounting to the bar, also the touch screen leaved alot to be desired.
I would really like the map to rotate if this is possible? The adv 2800 had a directional arrow but I found this difficult to read swiftly if mounted on the bars and searching out new trails.
I would only need a 1:50 map loaded up
    So any thoughts please?

If you don’t like touch screens I’d recommend the SatMap Active 12

It’s pretty chunky but very good. I’m really happy with my Active 10 after many years of use both on & off the bike. Seems pretty much indestructible so the 12 must surely be even better? It’s not cheap though.
