    Just wondering if any one has any experience or found a good spinning class type app?
    As I’ve got a pucker spin bike I should be using! to help get my fitness back up due to being a lazy,fattening tubby boy

    Try sufferfest, you can record HR with Garmin/Strava, depends on what else your spin bike kicks out.
