I’m thinking of getting the train to Stirling and then biking out to Crianlarich (or possibly Killin) for some camping and munro bashing. Are there any issues with taking a bike and a trailer. The trailer will be quite loaded as I like my comfort when camping.

    Hey Bobface.

If you get an early train from Waverly you shouldn’t have any problems getting the bike on. The train to Stirling does have very limited space for bikes though so you’d have to disconnect the trailer anyway. You might have to bring the trailer into the carriage with you.

My Banshee is properly plopped btw. Spoke to the shop I bought it from and they are being more than accommodating.

    Cheers rené.

Sorry about your bike – you going to be without it for long? I haven’t heard back from Guy and my brakes are properly crapped out so it’s best to save Glen Tilt for another day.
