The SO has not been out on her bike since last year so she finally bit the bullet and joined the Bikebabes beginners ride for those new to riding or without miles in their legs. She and her friend joined a handful of other ladies and went out for a couple of hours in the local woods at a nice moderate pace. She says that the atmosphere in the group was very convivial and there was tea and cake at the end. They both had a great time.
