*Sorry mods, not up to my old forum spamming I promise

Hi All BBBers – some people have been getting their BBB emails diverted to ‘Promotions’ in gmail so please check. Latest email content below

    This time next week…
I hope we will all be settling down for a night of most awesome live music and real ale appreciation (more cider this year too!) – the wines should be awesome too. We are all very excited here at BBB HQ.

OK – concentrate now – please click on the link below to download the info guide for the event – including band listings, new menu etc

IF YOU ARE CAMPING (most of you are) please read this …

You can arrive from 4pm on Friday 22nd, please don’t come any earlier, we won’t be ready!
If you have booked a lodge, please check in at reception.

Campers have three areas to choose from:

Lakeside camping is the lively one (will be noisy until the music stops!) right next to the arena, and is serviced by the brand new boathouse toilets, showers and washing up facilities. Please be aware there are some reserved hook ups on the right hand side as you’re looking towards the house and only camp there if you’ve reserved and paid for this facility. Please activate your hook up by checking in at reception.

Camping with a view is across the XC course (and a real favourite, except for the late afternoon flying ants which eventually go) , and has stunning views south west across the Avon valley. This will be a nice quiet area. This has been leant to us by our neighbour. Please don’t cross the boundary tape. If you have booked extra night’s camping, you’ll not be able to camp here as it needs to be vacated by 6pm on Monday 25th.

Woodland camping will give you shade from all the fantastic sunshine we have ordered! Circled by the XC course, and with the permanent children’s play park, this area shares upgraded facilities with camping with a view. There are extra showers and toilets next to reception in the main house too, just a one minute walk from these 2 areas! There will also be some extra portaloo’s just in case. There is also a hook up area here for those who have reserved it.

Once you’re set up pop down to the arena to sign in and collect your race numbers and event information. The bar and kitchen will be open all evening, with live music from around 7pm too!

On Monday 25th, after the lake jump and prize giving, you are welcome to make the most of the rest of the day. Please aim to depart by 6pm unless you have booked extra night’s with Avon Tyrrell (01425 672347).

If you have any questions, or need any assistance, please look out for a volunteer wearing lime green!
