What are the best most professional looking camera’s out there? Either helmet cam or normal camera’s.

it’s the rider/film maker that makes mtb films look good not the camera.
Some of Jedi’s old self filmed mobi phone vids from years ago put most of the GoPro crowd to shame.

Go Pro is great because the mounts are good, there are some other good cameras out there but if they don’t mount securely then the footage is always rubbish.
The camera itself is easy to use and gets good footage. The chest mount is very popular as it captures speed and gradient a bit better than a helmet mount.

Noticed ITV use GoPros for that celeb challenge thingy, 90 Degrees North.
Quality difference hardly noticable from their proper TV cameras.

+1. I’ve got one of those 960 GoPro’s, quality is great but if it’s all taken from one angle it’s not very exciting. You need to be taking some rider/bike mounted, forward facing, rear facing, off the bike, etc. etc. etc. which is a lof of faffage and quite time consuming to edit.
