    As above really. Synthetic leather saddle torn about ten millimeters long just where it wraps under the shell. What’s the best stuff for putting it back together and then sealing over the top of it? Sod’s law, it’s only a few weeks old.

    I’ve used rapid setting Araldite 2 part epoxy successfully. I think it’s either a red or and orange tube. I tried Superglue, but it came away after a few weeks.

    I’ve used a hot glue gun with good results

    For flexible stuff like that, Evostik Impact is better than superglue or epoxy.

    I’d go impact but hot melt glue might work too.
