I’m used to being told when and where to turn up. Is this some kind of trap, should I ask for the earliest time? 🙂

Go to all three. Increase your chances.

yep, if you pick the wrong one your clearly an overthinker, the right one too soon and you have played the game before, the only smart answer is to turn up for the one you didn’t book 🙂

Convince them you are in demand by requesting a different date.

Go to the last one. Then when they compare candidates you are the most recent they’ve seen and most memorable. If its a sales Job you can also ask how you compare to everyone else.

Research the company a lot. Take evidence of your own achievement in your current role so you can substantiate your claims and see if you can make These match the job description of your potential new role. Dont talk too fast, too much and dont waffle and eye contact is important.

And a firm handshake is a must

    Over to our graham…

    Will he pick nuuuumber one:

She’s an early riser and fast route to love

    or Nuuuumber 2

Steady boys, she’s right down the middle

    Or nuuuumber 3

    Last in first out.

    .
This. After far too many year in recruitment I always suggest you take the first spot as you know you’ll get an interview and will be able to stake your claim early.

Unless you work in science / engineering when not talking waffle and making eye contact would identify you as an imposter. The lack of a limp, clammy handshake would confirm their suspicions.

What ever date you choose, take a pack of chocolate Hob Nobs and offer them around. get a cup of tea out of them etc…

Honestly, its what got me a job once, apparently. Me and another bloke in the running, the Hob Nobs swung it.

And what if you get the job ? will they offer 3 different start dates, 3 different pay dates, they`re obviously indecisive and lack any real leadership, tell them to stuff the job

Whichever suites you best. Being asked to interview is the 1st and most difficult hurdle for allot of people.
